wild living/camping…………………………..

day four, parked up on the Gloucester boarder last night very scenic indeed it was, DSCF6751did have a very young wood pigeon wandering around the van wondering what it was all about, but some bread soon shut him up, so far all this has seemed to fall into place was used to sleeping in layby’s and the like from my trucking day’s learned the ropes then, need really to get back into work now the day’s areDSCF6761 starting to seem like one big holiday and are getting a bit boring too, have got plans and iron’s in fires but it will all take time so in the mean time i will just have to take the first mind numbing thing that comes along, well that’s nearly the first week of it done now I've learnt along the way and DSCF6759have quite enjoyed it, back to normal life the weekend to sort out the power supply should make life a bit easier, then you lot wont have to suffer all these wild living/camping blogs so often,

trying a whole new way,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

been planning this over the past few week’s think you just get to that age when you feel like a change, you just get sick and fed up of the same old crap day in day out, the same old job’s racing around like a headless chicken just to pay for the brick’s and mortar, so I'm going to try this,,,,,, I've rented out my flat loaded all my stuff into the comfortably numb and am going to see if i can live in her for a year, on day two at the moment thing’s aren't to bad, will have a few silly little things out on the van, but I'm enjoying it all so far,

"if you get five big fella, please redo the comment"

had some photo problem's on the last post so had to re post it, it was a shame because the "big fella" left a comment that I've lost now, it made me think back in 1971 i was there waving my little flag, and on the other side of the pond there was a young man making his mind up, if there had of been a cruel twist of fate, that comment would never have been left, and we would never have got to see the mans photo's,
"if you get five big fella, please redo the comment"

Swindon (a trip down memory lane)

Friday was a bit of a trip down memory lane and a chance to show poppy the real Swindon, just the good bit of the day photographing the real Swindon, not the club’s, outlet village, and other corporate crap that’s killed this town but the real Swindon, _46229813_2(have added an album on slide show) one old memory was when the queen came to open the wyvern theatre in 1971, we all lined up along reagent’s street to get a glimpse, as you can see from the before and after it has gone a bit to pot, “but i suppose that’s progress” 009 and as for the wyvern theatre it’s still going, and in 1972 i saw my first ever concert there, “the strawb’s” and this is them “still love this song

day five of redundancy,

i find myself at day five of redundancy, “yes i could pick up the phone now and be driving in the morning” but sorry enough is enough, since passing the hgv 1 in 82 I've kept all the top supermarket’s going, help build the new Swindon, kept the post running on time, and even driven tank transporter’s for abro , put iron’s in the fire today that may take me back to walking from art school in 1977,  think I'm on my own now but with my gob and determination I'm sure i can do it.

the greed for stone and our fair lady,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

we take mother nature for granted and rip a lot from her body at time’s, here’s a few line’s about south cerney and ashton keyne’s, from my childhood i remember  going 001there and swimming in the gravel pit’s, and in later year’s running block’s and gravel from the same pit to build the new swindon, i took the camera there yesterday to show just what she can do with the mess we leave behind us,
