it's surprising what a little bit of hard work and alot of imagination can do, here's poppy's garden at the start and a year on,

think I've really got the elephant spotting bug now, photographed another twenty today so that's thirty three in total so far, just another two hundred and seventeen to go

"as strange as the title may sound" there's a street art thing going on all over London at the moment called the elephant parade, it's well worth a trip to London to see them, i get to London a couple of times a week and have now got the bug for spotting and photographing them, im up to number thirteen so far, only another two hundred and thirty seven to go so here's some of my faveroit's so far

think this one's for poppy

i like writing on here, it's good you don't seemed to get bothered by idiot's leaving pointless comment's and glittery childish picture's, it's like a real freedom of speech thing, if someone finds it interesting they will comment but till then you just put your mind's ramblings into word's.

some of you may read my blogs and think this is all just some kind of shrine to poppy my girlfriend, "so what if it is" she's something else, i've never met anyone like her before she's so down to earth, dos'nt want for anything, she's got nothing but to poppy it dos'nt matter, she's got a smile that can light a room and an arora to match, nature is the only way to sum poppy up she is a true eve, think that's why i make the one hundred and twenty odd mile trip each weekend to see her,

vegetable patch

this weekend was part two of poppy's garden, "making the vegetable patch" it was hard going at time's but we got there in the end, as you can see, and poppy wasted no time in getting all her baby's off the kitchen window sill and planted

not a bad day's work if i must say so myself, and at last poppy's got a new home for all the lily's now.

every now and again a song come's along that you cant get out of your head, i think this is one of them

that's the van running again

well that's the van back from it's little holiday at poppy's house, the welding on the water pump housing worked and apart from what seemed a life time filling her with water she running fine now, i was on tenter hook's all the way back from leamington but she went fine, did give her another final good go over when i got back to swindon and it all loked fine and dandy, so saturday morning was the end of the van's trouble's and the start of mine. (Poppy needed slave labour) so i was ordered out into the garden to clear an old concrete slab to make way for her new vegetable garden, that was hard work but got there in the end, so next weekend it's just get some edging board's, half a ton of top soil and some good old manure, and we'll never have to go shopping for fresh vegetable's again,
