a lump in the throat moment.

“they say that Pete Townsend as a boy locked himself in his bedroom until he had learnt to play guitar”, “well” think I've just done a near as dam it week to him but in the comfortably numb, I've spent the week in the van learning this website thingy-me-jig and it did surprise me that it not really as hard as it seems, loaded up the software on Tuesday morning and made a start, found the hardest part was learning to use the new art studio were I'm use to adobe, (maybe i shouldn't have been so tight and got Dreamweaver) all the html,anchor's,page navigation,etc. seemed to just fall into place, did find the e,commerce shop a little tricky  but with a bit more playing around I'll crack it, but it was a lump in the throat moment yesterday afternoon seeing a dummy of a website I've been toying with for the past 4/5 years live online, and clicking through all the pages, link’s, etc. to find them all working fine.

over the past few week’s I've got into this pop art thing, but when you look at it all it just seems to be full of dead boring  old has been icon’s and tins of soup, “so i thought l’de do some new one’s”so here’s two  image’s I've done some of iconit blogger’s in pop art style  the rocket man and sandy, I've been a bit absent on here over the past few week’s the reason is I'm on a bit of a retrain, I'm learning web design and production, i think this is the way forward for me (being a somewhat frustrated wannabe artist) “watch this space for more “lollypop moor”

that’s been one hell of a month or two on the road, but the time may have come to park up the comfortably numb “its mot time”, just got that feeling she'll be parked up for the winter because I've seen a few nasty’s on her, it was funny when i saw her in the yard for the first time she had no battery strap and after the “so called mot” she still never had one, so in my books that ment it was a bent one, but it was love at first sight so in a way i did know what to expect, so in two week’s time in she go’s and let’s see, the only bad one I'm worried about is on the bonnet hinge, think the panel its bolted to is to for gone and if so will mean windscreen out and alot of welding, but at least I've the money by for alot of work on her, and when she’s parked think I'll make a start on the bodywork and paint up.

“it’s about 14.30pm and it’s pouring down outside but it’s snug in here” almost a month into my new way of life now and still enjoying it, seems nice having  just four wheel’s and a chassis under your feet and not concrete, not missing the comfort’s of the flat really, as for work “well that’s just not there” don't think i could do another  so called  driving agency where the eighteen year old bimbo interviewing you  thinks' a Mercedes actros is Paris Hilton's new best friend, no enough is enough as you may have seen by my new blog site think it’s going to be art now, had enough of the driving, “it’s a mug’s game”
